FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 73,800 SF project for Express Scripts. This vacant Sears location was renovated to house 600 agents and was completed in thirteen weeks. FRE was responsible for designing a space that would be aesthetically pleasing, highly functional, and cost-effective. One key feature of this project included the installation of Tate’s 18-inch raised, integrated-access floor system throughout the entire center with modular cabling and a mixed distribution HVAC system.
